To register and maintain an Account on ha999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:
ha999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ha999 may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.
Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the ha999 Platform. Opening multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, ha999 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void pending bets and withhold any balances pending investigation.
You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration and must update your Account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ha999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify ha999 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account.
ha999 operates a comprehensive Know Your Customer programme in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and responsible gambling best practices. You may be required to provide verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to the following:
Withdrawal requests may be withheld until KYC verification is completed to the satisfaction of ha999's compliance team. The Platform reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence for high-value transactions or where unusual activity is detected.
ha999 supports a range of deposit methods relevant to Pakistani users. Available payment options are displayed at the cashier section of the Platform and are subject to change. Payment provider names — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are referenced as familiar local context only. ha999 does not claim that any such providers endorse, support or are affiliated with gambling services.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the cashier. Deposits must be made in the Account holder's name only. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned, less any applicable processing fees, upon verification.
Account balances and transactions may be denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) or other supported currencies as indicated at the cashier. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are set by the Platform and may include a conversion margin. The applicable rate at the time of the transaction is final.
ha999 is not responsible for deposits that fail due to issues with your bank, mobile money provider or payment processor. If a deposit does not appear in your Account within the stated processing time, please contact support at [email protected] with transaction reference details.

If ha999 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering or breach of these Terms, it reserves the right to delay, withhold or cancel any withdrawal pending investigation, without notice.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins and promotional offers made available on ha999 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion. Where a conflict exists between general Terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they are eligible for conversion to real-money withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements, eligible games and contribution percentages are stated in the relevant promotional terms. Games with high RTP or low house edge may contribute at a reduced rate or be excluded entirely.
ha999 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Activities that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim a single bonus; using low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal exposure; colluding with other users to distribute bonus funds; and exploiting errors in promotional terms. ha999 reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel associated winnings and close Accounts where abuse is confirmed.
Bonus funds and associated winnings that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotional terms will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.

Where statutory consumer protections apply in your jurisdiction and cannot be excluded, they are not affected by this clause.
ha999 does not accept liability for losses arising from: reliance on information presented on the Platform; technical failures outside its reasonable control; actions taken by third-party payment providers; or changes in law or regulation affecting the legality of gambling in your jurisdiction.
ha999 processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
